Full Description: COZY CABIN: Sleeps 2 with a double bed in open bedroom. Love seat in living room. Efficiency kitchen. Charcoal grill outside. Linens provided. Bathroom has shower. (A large, private shower is also available at the “wash house.”) Free wifi. TV shows are not available except with your laptop and wifi, but there is a selection of DVDs. Laundry access at the RV Center. No smoking inside please.
Rate: $40 per night + tax (10.75%). Stay 5 nights, get 1 free. Minimum 2 nights, except one weekday okay, if you bring your own linens.
Refundable Deposit: $85 required to reserve. Refundable if cancelled up to 14 days in advance of stay.
Cleaning Fee: $40 partially or fully refundable depending on vacated condition.
Pets: no pets please.
